Growing company that can't find it's footing or retain good employees due to poor leadership choices. This is what happens when you scale too fast and promote people just to fill positions when they aren't qualified for the job.
Enjoyable crew, but one needs to be agile and open minded to succeed in my opinion. Things change quick
