It's terrible. Your manager would avoid giving you feedback for half a year and then give you a bad review.

Selling to insitituions is going well, product development is scattered and sales oriented

Great
What do people at Knewton think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
The CEO is new and is coming from an old style publishing industry. The employees are waiting for him to prove he is not old school and can work in diversified technology company environment. So far he just brought in his own team and never considered existing employees for the job.

Use to be great, now it's very much managed top down and people are still nice on the junior - mid level levels, but senior management is more of a publishing industry culture, has very little to do with Tech
