  • They push ideas top down without explaining why they are being asked for. The true purpose becomes totally lost, and the execution usually results with a negative impact on bottom line. Management focuses on kpi's at a microscopic level and fails to mitigate the need to improve an area with the need to preserve others.

  • Because you hate yourself, and want to misdirect that anger towards others. Its a miserable place to work. Management actually lobbied to prevent a homeless shelter from going in near their previous downtown san diego office. Just 2 years later bridgepoint couldnt afford the lease any longer themselves and had to pay huge fees to back out of it.
