Not flexible. It can be, but management arbitrarily decides when to say no to your requests and you end up hating every minute you spend there without purpose when you had asked for PTO

No drug test, but they do run some background checks. I dont know if it includes public criminal records but they will verify any higher education units you reported on your resume.

They push ideas top down without explaining why they are being asked for. The true purpose becomes totally lost, and the execution usually results with a negative impact on bottom line. Management focuses on kpi's at a microscopic level and fails to mitigate the need to improve an area with the need to preserve others.

Why work for Bridgepoint Education?
Because you hate yourself, and want to misdirect that anger towards others. Its a miserable place to work. Management actually lobbied to prevent a homeless shelter from going in near their previous downtown san diego office. Just 2 years later bridgepoint couldnt afford the lease any longer themselves and had to pay huge fees to back out of it.
