What did you like most about the interview process?I like that in turn was allowed to sit in on my interview
What makes you most happy at work?Feeling that I will be working beside good and friendly people sharing ideas and interest help the day go by
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? We are all friendly to one another...we know each other well and know what it takes to get along
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Acknowledge individual education back ground
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Upper mananagement is the most inexperienced and unethical bunch I've ever seen at the C-Level of a company
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Removal of the caddy bias that many applicants are burdened with for being somehow different. An example i can recall was a woman that actually survived and was hired, but her management interviewers made fun of her because she was Polynesian and therefore had a slower rate of speech.
