What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading by example and not forgetting to lead vs manage
Admitting fault and not passing that responsibility on to the shoulders of their hourly staff year after.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I have it! but the base pay is really good and benefits are amazing
My compensation works for me. Although benefits are expensive I am able to take home enough.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I love my team for their Culture, individuality and diversity.

We are small and get things done that matter. Hyper focused on data driven decisions
My team and I are remote So we do a lot of Skype meetings.
Collaborative environment, friendly coworkers, competent and able to perform their jobs well.
Young, fun, sharp, resilient, educated, and loyal. The front line staff here is mostly excellent

We are all friendly to one another...we know each other well and know what it takes to get along

I interviewed a total of 10 times to secure this role.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Removal of the caddy bias that many applicants are burdened with for being somehow different. An example i can recall was a woman that actually survived and was hired, but her management interviewers made fun of her because she was Polynesian and therefore had a slower rate of speech.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling that I will be working beside good and friendly people sharing ideas and interest help the day go by

Upper mananagement is the most inexperienced and unethical bunch I've ever seen at the C-Level of a company
