What do you like best about the leadership team?
great strategic direction and hopeful future in the education space
Generally pretty good at retrospecting and realizing where mistakes were made.
They care deeply about our development and futures.

They need to build product faster.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My Base compensation is excellent
Freedom to explore, to lead, and to win
great comp growth over the years based on performance
High base salary. Flexible vacation and work-from-home policy. Although I'm pretty sure this is only true for the Engineering department.

The level of Intelligence and team work
They are deeply engaged in helping to solve some of the world's hardest problems.
the people are so smart, so kind and so collaborative
Very strong culture of ownership so people care about their output and want to see it succeed; great collaboration on projects and design proposals.
