How employees describe working at EverFi
Overall the company is ok I would give it a 5 out of 10. The company is very happy doing the minimal to make change, however they talk like they are changing the world to hype everyone up. No one believes the hype internally but is fine with the work they do.
Management was absolutely goofy. They had to cut our contract with an underperforming outsourced customer service team, then installed the leaders of that company in management. Make that make sense.

Product is really great and easy to use!
Amazing mission and ideas; disorganized internal operations and structure; always trying to do things at the drop of the hat rather than long-term strategic planning; will be hard for this company to scale with existing leadership

Very flexible, both with work from home and our PTO policy (unlimited, so pretty hard to beat)
