Overall the company is ok I would give it a 5 out of 10. The company is very happy doing the minimal to make change, however they talk like they are changing the world to hype everyone up. No one believes the hype internally but is fine with the work they do.

Management was absolutely goofy. They had to cut our contract with an underperforming outsourced customer service team, then installed the leaders of that company in management. Make that make sense.

Interesting, varied work, lovely colleagues

Amazing mission and ideas; disorganized internal operations and structure; always trying to do things at the drop of the hat rather than long-term strategic planning; will be hard for this company to scale with existing leadership

They are very transparent about what is going on in the company. I also like how approachable they are.

They're all very approachable and down to earth. They're happy to answer and questions and are always available to any one at the company. Open office spaces also make them more approachable

Competitive pay. Unlimited Time off

Paying the bare minimum in our industry has made a lot of great employees leave. As of 2023 the compensation we have received now goes to paying insurance. There is no reward for doing going above and beyond. Because of that everyone does the minimal, which is sad because there is a lot of potential

A financial education company that doesnt aggressively fund 401k match is pretty telling

I feel undervalued because there are many people, who have come in after me, at lower positions, and are paid higher than I am. I don't think that pay is fair or even throughout the company.
