Leaving. At this point, I've been quite literally promised several promotions that never delivered. I've been purposefully kept off of projects. Company can't keep employees so I do the work of 3-4 people because nobody is happy here.

I love my team. We all work so hard, but we're so demoralized and hate what we're doing. The UP is horrible, leadership for our team specifically tried their best but nobody works with them to improve things. It's sad, if we could the whole team would quit.
