Noodle is a fast-paced, high-growth start-up. This means things break and leadership pivots in direction as needed, which can be stressful for folks who don't enjoy that working environment. However, the org is full of smart people who care about the work we're doing. Overall, a great place to work.

I've loved my time with Noodle and am looking forward to many more years growing with this amazing team. Nothing is perfect, but despite the set backs I still feel like I have room to be my best self with this company.
