What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent and take our concerns seriously.
They are all approachable and open to ideas.
My direct manager and her manager are great. Previous managers at the company have lied, openly practice nepotism, gatekept opportunities, and explicitly pigeonholed colleagues who should be given opportunities to continue growing.
