We look out for each other and care for one another, even virtually.

Constructive Feedback From Noodle Employees

  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Leaving. At this point, I've been quite literally promised several promotions that never delivered. I've been purposefully kept off of projects. Company can't keep employees so I do the work of 3-4 people because nobody is happy here.
  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Focus on work like it’s a business, become a real tech company. Take ownership in work quality
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership needs to be replaced. Board should replace C-suite with proven business leaders.
