What is the best part about your compensation package?

Paid above the industry standard.

The bonus structure is generous.

Fair pay, options, and bonus. The benefits are great as well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Leaving. At this point, I've been quite literally promised several promotions that never delivered. I've been purposefully kept off of projects. Company can't keep employees so I do the work of 3-4 people because nobody is happy here.
