We are an employee stock ownership company, so we get 8% on top of our salary and a matching 401K put a way every year.

Parsons is an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Company). It's an outstanding benefit (percentage awarded to me each year) + there is matched 401K. It adds up quickly!

Benefits are average at best compared to competitors - not a discriminator that helps attract and retain talent, usually an obstacle to overcome when interviewing- e.g. 401K plan not a good deal for younger employees. 80% of company contribution is in stock which can't be sold until later in life
