What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate supervisor is great. My higher ups are rarely seen. Senior leadership has not been successful at winning new work.
I have daily interactions with my site leader and we work well together.
They stay engaged through regular meetings to get a feel for progress and solve any issues that might exist.
They need to understand what the engineers need and not what they think is best for the company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is ok. Bonus is uneven across departments
Pay is competitive and benefits are comparable to other companies in the space I work in.
My pay is good, benefits are average. The 401K match is low, the vesting is only annually, EFFECTIVE communications above my site leader are frustrating.
The ESOP is decent, but almost impossible to cash out when you leave the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are average at best compared to competitors - not a discriminator that helps attract and retain talent, usually an obstacle to overcome when interviewing- e.g. 401K plan not a good deal for younger employees. 80% of company contribution is in stock which can't be sold until later in life

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are friendly most been there entire career
Ability to work independently when needed.
We struggle, but work hard to complete our deliverables and work and put the Client ahead of everything.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They try to be there for us
Again hard to compare to other companies that I have worked for, as we are treated so different from the other company personnel.
Remote work even though not always the best way to complete the deliverables, but the freedom allows for the staff to work harder when there is a deadline.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It stayed on point concerning my experience not going off topic.
The Direct supervisor is usually involved as well as the PM where the new hire is likely going to spend most of the time initially.

Its very easy and simple
The hiring manager was on time and seemed very nice and respectful.
I really didn't have a true process. I was hired on directly after working one year on contract.

My work schedule is very flexible
Meeting new and different people daily and learning things
Getting new projects to work on.
I am able to practice what I have learned and experienced.
