We are currently morphing between technology and infrastructure, and like the chicken and the egg, its not clear who comes first or who needs who. Sometimes it is confusing, a let down when your work is put in the rear, but then it is exciting when it is moved forward again.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We struggle, but work hard to complete our deliverables and work and put the Client ahead of everything.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The Direct supervisor is usually involved as well as the PM where the new hire is likely going to spend most of the time initially.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Remote work even though not always the best way to complete the deliverables, but the freedom allows for the staff to work harder when there is a deadline.
