Complete quality work in a timely manner. It has taken 1 year to finish getting my windows done correctly. They have returned multiple times to do work again, reglazing, bead replacement, to name a few. Very poor work, personnel are nice, polite. Not all are capable.

I am so disappointed with the install and re-install and doors now scratched and marred and still not correctly installed. I condider this a VERY poor 14k investment for my home

Do you believe in customer satisfaction, it sure doesn't seem like you do. Pella doesn't take any responsibility or ownership on problems with their product. You basically blow off your customers. Bad for the business, not like Anderson who cares.
