They don't keep a close eye on days off, so if I feel like leaving I can just put in PTO that day, and if I work overtime later in the week I can adjust my PTO taken so that I don't go over 40hrs and waste it.

I believe there should be no discrimination about the benefits given between the lead/ manager and the specialist. It should apply the same to all except for the HOD. Others, I believe that the outpatient claims of yearly RM2,000 for one family is too low.

We are paid lower than other comparable jobs. 2% pay increase with 10% inflation. They give no choice but to leave.

Pay us what we are worth for doing the job..this is a multimillion dollar company, the employees that actually do the work should benefit more
