Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is a natural extension of who we are, from our employee-centric culture to our internal operations to our external partnerships. From entry-level to senior leadership, we’re committed to facilitating a culture of respect and inclusion. Ongoing efforts to advance our commitment include:

+ Engaging our Employee Resource Groups in our Employee Referral Program, consulting them as subject-matter experts in sourcing diverse talent.

+ Piloting a six-month mentoring program to develop and promote high-potential females and people of color.

+ Developing targeted recruiting partnerships with diversity job boards.

+ Implementing a manager development program within our operations groups.

+ Our Employee Resource Groups, supporting women, veterans, LGBTQIA, Black, Asian-American/Pacific-Islander, and Latinx voices, meet regularly throughout the year to establish priorities and plan and execute many different initiatives, focusing on four key areas: employees, community, members, and suppliers. These groups are empowered to organize community activities and drive positive change.
