Amazing company to work for

No work life balance and they are very focused on metrics. They are taking on way too many clients and overpromising impossible numbers due to retention and low morale. Managers are never around. Team Leads are the real glue with these walls. They do all the work yet managers only get credit

Fantastic culture - great people very focused on caring for members. Innovative products and exciting growth make this a great place to work

Transparent and authentic in all communication

I like the transparency of our leadership team. Quarterly, in person updates for the entire company.

They need to spend some time with sctual front line staff and see what we deal with on a daily basis while they are on their unlimited vacations and out of touch with reality and realistic metric numbers. They don't even have an escalation team to help its sad

Even with rising costs, this is still one of the best healthcare benefits around

Good insurance and wellbeing on campus

many free "perks" available from emotional health resources to an onsite fitness center and fit bit reimbursements in addition to the typical benefit plan

I feel that I am paid fairly and we have a very employee friendly, benefits package.

Compensation is fair. High deductible health plan
