Stopped tearing people down, help build staff up to reach their potential.

Building employees up rather than tear them down.

They need to spend some time with sctual front line staff and see what we deal with on a daily basis while they are on their unlimited vacations and out of touch with reality and realistic metric numbers. They don't even have an escalation team to help its sad
