Was a loyal customer at one point, and then was treated like a not wanted customer and since service is a high priority for me decided to bring my shopping experience elsewhere.

High volume of calls very exhausting. No time in between calls. Good benefits. Too many mystery callers.

No raise for 2026 to employes. Working us harder to upsell or we penalized .terminated. no longer a fun place to work. Company don't treat their employees right .

Why can’t you see how annoying your hosts are?they are rude, interrupting the guest and never stopping for a breath.Jane Tracy is the worse. She never shuts up and hardly allows Courtney to say anything. She acts like she is some kind of drugs.
