Everything. All executives are extremely disorganized, and do not care for the wellbeing of employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better at Revinate?
Executives need to actually be around, not going to Yoga in the middle of the day. No transparency.

CEO is late to every single meeting. Extremely unprofessional. Maybe if he actually showed up.
