I wish my starting salary would have been higher, it was a little tough to push during negotiations, but the benefits of the company (and 4.5 day work week) are what ultimately helped come to agreement and take the starting salary.

compensation should be at least equal to similar positions in the industry at this time my position is under 25k under the current average even in a state like Florida where wages are low. Performance increases were particularly bad this year as well (the lowest ever) with an increase of only 1.6%

Comp not in line with market rates or uniform across the team. We know how much others in the team are getting paid because we believe in transparency. Seniors get approached on a weekly basis by recruiters offering 20-30% more. Please stop with the constant reminders of the tiny raises handed out.

There are few development opportunities & a lack of understanding from HQ in US on the differences & challenges when working in the offices abroad. Invest more in people, better benefits & aid in work-life balance, don't prevent it. And show appreciation with $$ bonuses for retention b4 they quit
