Diversity and Inclusion at SECURA Insurance
When we lift up everyone, we become one. In 2017, the SECURA Diversity & Inclusion team was developed by six dedicated associates with a mission and vision to promote awareness and influence continuous change towards a more diverse and inclusive culture in order to be a welcoming organization to our agents, policyholders, communities, and each other. Since its formation, the team has held several educational events, including partnering with local agencies to deliver unconscious bias training and facilitate diversity conversations.
We continue to network with organizations that champion diversity and inclusion. SECURA has joined the local Fox Cities Diversity Officers Collaborative and has started a Black Ally Resource Group that meets monthly and encourages all associates to participate.
