Mr. Robert N. Pinkerton, also known as Bob, has been Chief Financial Officer of ServiceSource International, Inc. since April 6, 2015. Mr. Pinkerton served as senior Vice President of Corporate Development for TeleTech Holdings, Inc. from June 2014 to April, 2015. Mr. Pinkerton served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tri-Us LLC since April 2009 and also served as its Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining mixl, he served as Senior Vice President of Mergers, Acquisitions and Strategic Investments and Corporate Treasurer of CSG Systems International Inc. He served as the Divisional Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for CSG Systems International, Inc. He served as a Director at T3Media, Inc. He served as a Director of mix1 Beverage Company. He is also a Member of the Board for the Epilepsy Foundation of America in Washington D.C. Mr. Pinkerton holds an MBA from the University of Chicago with a concentration in Finance and a BA from the University of Rochester.

Mr. Brian James Delaney has been the Chief Operating Officer of ServiceSource International, Inc. since June 08, 2015. Mr. Delaney served as the Chief Operating Officer of Convergys Corporation until May 21, 2014. Mr. Delaney was responsible for leading the company's global operations, including site operations, quality and Convergys' global technology infrastructure. He served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Stream Global Services, Inc., since February 7, 2011. From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Delaney served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Dish Network, a leading pay-TV provider in the United States. He served as Chief Operations Officer of TeleTech Holdings Inc., from 2007 to October 2008 and also served as its Executive Vice President of Global Service Delivery from October 2005 to October 2008. He joined TeleTech in December 2002 as Vice President of Technology. From 2005 to 2007, he served as Executive Vice President of Global Operations and International Sales of TeleTech. Mr. Ryan Thomas has been Senior Vice President of Account Management at ServiceSource International, Inc. since September 22, 2017. Mr. Thomas is the Founder and has been Chief Executive Officer of Wheeler's Raid Distilling since May 2016. Mr. Thomas served as Vice President of Sales of ScriptLogic Corporation from November 2004 to February 2006. Mr. Thomas served as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success at ServiceSource from October 2014 to July 2016, Vice President of Global Customer Success from January 2013 to October 2014 and also served as its Vice President of Enterprise Client Delivery from February 2012 to January 2013. Mr. Thomas worked the previous three years in a senior sales management role at Veritas Software Corporation. He defined and led a sales team that achieved ten consecutive quarters of 100 percent or greater revenue growth. Mr. Thomas was responsible for creating and executing programs designed to integrate key channel partners into the sales cycle, resulting in increased levels of sales. Prior to joining Veritas, he served as Strategic Alliances Manager of Gartner, an industry research firm. He served as Senior Director of Americas Inside & Renewal Sales at Citrix from October 2007 to February 2012; OEM / Business Development of EMC from February 2006 to July 2007; Senior Manager of VERITAS from May 2000 to October 2004 and Director of Worldwide Alliances at Gartner from 1995 to 2000. Mr. Michael D. Lemberg, also known as Mike, has been Senior Vice President of Finance at ServiceSource International, Inc. since September 22, 2017. Mr. Lemberg served as the Chief Financial Officer of CalStar Products, Inc. since April 2013. Mr. Lemberg served as Chief Financial Officer of EcoSMART Technologies, Inc. since November 2008 and served as its Vice President of Strategy & Business Development since November 2007. He served as Vice President of financial planning & analysis at UNICA Corporation. He served as Vice President Corporate Development and Treasurer at Arbinet Corporation since April 2004. He served as Vice President of Business Planning & Treasury Operations at Arbinet from September 2001 to March 2004. From April 2000 to September 2001, he served as Director of Business Development at Arbinet. Mr. Lemberg served as a management consultant at Booz-Allen & Hamilton.
