Hostile environment. RNs were mean at times and one of the MDs is rude and condescending. Literally, been having anxiety and depression since I started due to fear of being bullied or yelled at. One female MD is very rude and condescending.

I love what I do everyday taking care of patients in the ASC and giving them the best experience they could have while under going a procedure in my unit I would do anything to make their experience as gratifying and positive as I can do
