They need to listen to the staff better
Listening to their subordinates and hear what they had to say about a situation. And also to not curse at them and keep it professional.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation didn't reflect the revenue-driving work I did in the field. Bonus goals were set at levels that felt virtually unreachable, discouraging rather than motivating. Vague reviews made raises hard to justify. Real responsibility, limited recognition or pay to match it.

Their passion, collaboration, and wealth of knowledge. You learn so much here!
My team has a lot of collaboration and teamwork. Everyone is very approachable and willing to help each other.
Great team spirit, willingness to work together.
We all work together and help each other out every day all day long no matter what the job entails we always work as a team to get the job done for the patients We also enjoy laughter with our patients

To be a little nice and respectful with each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The teamwork and collaboration is huge!
Everyone working together for the patients. The mission bonds us and helps to all work together in a positive light.
My patients are the most positive part because if I didn’t have them to give me the Joy in taking care of them and helping them in a time that they feel very vulnerable in the process of the infertili
