The leadership team is very open to communicating with all employees, regardless of job role. The atmosphere is very transparent and there are multiple ways to initiate contact including anonymous means.

Both Bonusly, implemented Oct 2017, and the client bonus, implemented Jan 2018, are nice bumps to the paycheck that also encourage employees to contribute to the company core values including integrity, synergy, and waste reduction.

The company is still growing, so the insurance premiums are very high. I would also like to see some kind of training incentive to help employees keep up with their craft.

The onshore teams work very well together. There is a lot of communication with both formal and informal means. Plenty of opportunities to interact with your teammates outside of business.

There's always someone to help when necessary; everyone is so selfless & genuinely cares about the personal well being of others. Constant efforts toward keeping the company unified - Music/Netflix chat groups, a book club, weekly yoga sessions and Friday drinks at the bar, for example.

The company is very small so interactions are more intimate than larger or corporate environments. There are plenty of opportunities to make yourself shine if you desire. The age of the employees varies greatly so it is a good mix of young and mature talent without heavily leaning to one side.

I enjoy interacting with my teammates on a daily basis. We synergize very well and when issues arise we communicate openly and quickly to develop solutions. I enjoy seeing work getting completed and understanding how it affects our customers and improves efficiency.
