What's the vibe like in the Customer Support dept at SkuVault? How many hours are you working?

We are very busy and we work hard, but we have fun. Everyone is very willing to help out and answer questions. We strive to keep it to a 40 hour week. Breaks are encouraged and we have puzzles, ping pong, pool and Nintendo.
The Support Team is incredible. Everyone is very cooperative and respectful. The average Customer Support agent works 40 hours per week.

The office provides some drinks and snacks for employees as well as yoga and they are looking into providing fitness classes. The company was going to distribute flu shots this year, but there were not enough interested people. The schedule is very flexible and dress is very casual.

Pretty secure. Nothing is guaranteed, but the company is growing and they work hard to help everyone be successful.
I never feel fully secure, but it only makes me want to work harder to prove myself.

Comparable to other customer support roles. Depending on experience, but low end is $15/hr

What's the office layout like at SkuVault?

The office is not of an open concept design. It has more of a home feel to it. The offices are small with 3-4 people in a room. There are 3 break rooms and restrooms spread out amongst the office. However there is only one sink area, so you have to travel to the sink area or a restroom to get water for making coffee. My hope is that the company moves to a better more open concept structure at some point.

There are employees of different races, cultural backgrounds, and ages. The workforce seems to be extremely diverse.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining SkuVault?
How robust the system is
I know family members in warehousing, but I've never actually used inventory software before. It would be very helpful to have a software walkthrough on how to use SkuVault before actually beginning work. It doesn't matter what job role you have, knowing the software is so helpful to doing your job and knowing how your role fits into the big picture.
What should I wear for an interview at SkuVault?
Dress professionally. You don't need to wear a suit, we are pretty casual on a daily basis, but I would dress at least business casual - a nice shirt and slacks or skirt.

Office attendance is the norm, but working from home is allowed as needed provided you have some minimum requirements to allow you to perform your job.
