There's some good, passionate people at BigPanda. The pay was decent, which it has to be because the equity is worthless.
Good company good company culture. Great product as well just can be a limited market you can sell into being in sales side. The market for event correlation continues to grow.

How flexible is your work schedule at BigPanda?
Somewhat flexible. Very open office. Flexible.
What does the ideal candidate in the Marketing department look like at BigPanda?
Domain expertise. Can manage and relate to a strong salesforce. and can relate to our buyers.

Do you have domain expertise? Prove it.
What's the work from home policy like at BigPanda?
The current Marketing leader and the CEO are not big fans of working at home. That does not mean for sure you will not be allowed days at home. I would not rule out looking at Working at BigPanda based on their attitudes towards working remote. I would still look at the company.
What do people at BigPanda think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Nice guy. A lot of talk and no action. He has potential but it will be interesting to see if he follows through on what he says. No clear vision or direction. And he's way too relaxed for a first time CEO.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at BigPanda?
I would encourage more honesty and accountability. Especially for the sales directors.
What part of BigPanda's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Product Marketing growing fast. Sales is struggling without a leader (no VP Sales)

Relaxed. Young and trendy.

15 days PTO and no sick days - lowest vacation package in the Bay Area.

Medium - no real sense of urgency - that's what's lacking. A lot of talk, no action.

The people. Great people.
