  • Most roles have the option to work in-office, hybrid, or from home/anywhere! Even for the folks who are office-based, it's a very flexible environment.

  • It's great here. For my team, we're pretty flexible when you need to work from home, whether it's because you have a doctor's appointment or the Caltrain is delayed. I believe it's similar across the other eng teams as well

  • It's terrific. Employees can WFH any day they like. Since we have so many remote employees we are already optimized for people not being in the same office together,

  • Since the pandemic, we've had an extra 3 day weekend every month for wellness, which has been super popular amongst employees! We call them Dutonian Wellness Days :)

  • Yes! You get 20 hours PTO for volunteering. You can choose where you volunteer, but the company also organizes lots of opportunities to use your volunteer time off.

  • Yes - PagerDuty may offer remote work depending on the role. We have a number of engineers who work remotely, and quite a few sales roles spread across the US too.

  • Yes, we work mostly in Toronto and San Francisco, and there are some remote workers elsewhere in the world.
