What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership has employees in mind and have realistic expectations of performance
They are accessible, down to earth and open to feedback even when it's not easy to hear. They do not impose from above at all rather are always trying to do best together with the employees
Our leaders empower us to do our best with zero micro management.
Exceedingly nice, down to earth people. Low ego environment. Not political.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be respectful to employees, the executive team is very patronising and doesn't listen to ideas from the lower management
Transparency. Treat your people like they are smart, aware and tell them the truth.
Self-awareness. Find and value the right advice. Don't hang on to bad leaders.
Leading. Working together as a team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base and bonus pay are market rate.
Stock options. Remote work. Flexible time off.
Best part about my compensation package is the Equity. I got a rather large package, hope it will be worth a lot someday.
The work/life balance is some of the best I've ever had.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Personally, I feel my team is down to earth, yet pushes me to want to do my best.
middle mgmt are good people
Technical. Experienced. Customer centric. Want to win.
Good mix of young tech-savvy Millennials and experienced process-oriented Gen Xers
Highly motivated. Well aligned, but open to debate.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Again, some passionate people at BigPanda but if they were truly A players with options, they wouldn't be at BigPanda.
Create Agendas for meetings. Have a leader.
More transparency, honesty and accountability.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You'll always have a new leader soon.
The people are supportive and happy, everyone is open to honest and sincere feedback and the company is very attentive to the employees.
My ideas are discussed and respected.
Daily free lunches encourage social interaction among employees from all depts
The value we bring to customers, and working with awesome people.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Doesn't feel like leadership is very transparent. I think leaders think they are open, but then they tell un-truths. Frequently.
Needs to be executive changes and more accountability.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was straight forward and moved quickly.

What makes you most happy at work?
My manager, the way I'm given autonomy to make my own decision and the support it get to execute what I decide is good for completing my tasks.

Lots of control and flexibility. Fun environment.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The CEO is a nice guy but is more of a follower than a leader.
Transparency in the leadership team. Tell us the truth. We're smart. we know when you're not.
Weak at transparency. Hanging on to bad leaders WAY too long.
Lunch is too short and breaks
Leadership is either too relaxed or in a panic. Need a good sales leader.
