Mr. Eric L. Kelly has been the Chief Executive Officer of Overland Storage Inc. since January 28, 2009. Mr. Kelly has been the Chief Executive Officer of Sphere 3D Corporation since December 1, 2014. He Co-founded Silicon Valley Management Partners Inc. in April 2007 and served as its President. He served as the President of Overland Storage Inc. from January 2010 to August 6, 2015. He served as the Interim Vice President of Operations at Overland Storage Inc. since March 27, 2009. He served as a General Manager of Storage Systems & Solutions Division and Vice President of Adaptec Inc. from July 2004 to August 2006 and its General Manager of Worldwide Sales & Services since December 2004. Mr. Kelly has built a solid reputation as a strategic leader in sales, marketing and operations, with a proven ability to manage rapidly growing organizations. His broad experience includes software, enterprise systems, storage subsystems, computer peripherals and application solutions. Previously, Mr. Kelly served as Executive Vice President of worldwide sales and services at Adaptec. From August 2004 to December 2004, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Corporate Marketing, Snap product marketing, Snap Engineering and Channel Sales. Prior to Snap Appliance, Inc. being acquired by Adaptec, Mr. Kelly served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Snap Appliance, Inc. from November 2002 to July 2004. From July 2001 to September 2002, he served as the President of Maxtor Corporation's Network Systems Group and from July 2000 to July 2001, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at iSyndicate Corp. and also from July 1998 to July 2000 served as Vice President of the Enterprise Group at Dell Computer Corporation. He has been the Chairman of the Board since August 6, 2015. Mr. Kelly has nearly 30 years of experience in computer technology with an emphasis on operational, marketing and sales expertise. He also has held senior-level executive positions at IBM, Connor Peripherals and Diamond Multimedia Systems. He has been the Chairman of Sphere 3D Corporation since July 2013 and has been its Director since July 15, 2013. He has been a Director of Overland Storage Inc. since November 15, 2007. Mr. Kelly holds a B.S. Degree in Business Management from San Jose State University, an MBA degree from San Francisco State University and an International Executive MBA from Harvard University.

Mr. Kurt L. Kalbfleisch has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Sphere 3D Corporation since December 1, 2014. Mr. Kalbfleisch has been the Chief Financial Officer of Overland Storage Inc. since August 6, 2015. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Overland Storage Inc. since February 2008 and June 2012 respectively and its Secretary since October 2009. Mr. Kalbfleisch served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Overland Storage Inc. from August 7, 2007 to February 2008 and its Vice President of Finance since July 2007. He joined Overland Storage Inc. in 1993. Mr. Kalbfleisch served as Manufacturing Budget Analyst of McDonnell Douglas Corporation, a major aerospace manufacturer and defense contractor, from July 1989 to December 1993. Mr. Kalbfleisch received MBA Degree from University of San Diego and BA Degree in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego.

Ms. Jenny C. Yeh has been a Vice President of Legal and General Counsel at Sphere 3D Corp. since October 05, 2015. Ms. Yeh served as an Of Counsel at Baker & McKenzie, LLP. Ms. Yeh is based in the Palo Alto office of the firm. She has extensive experience in a broad range of general corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital financings, securities offerings (both private and public), mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Ms. Yeh has represented private and public companies across many industries, including computer, software and Internet. Some of her recent transactions include representing Maxim Integrated Products in its acquisition of the storage products division of Vitesse Semiconductor for $75 million in cash; IP Unity in its acquisition of certain assets of Glenayre Electronics for $25 million in cash, an asset transfer and a $35 million private round of financing in December 2006; VeriSilicon Holdings in its acquisition of certain assets of LSI Logic for approximately $13 million in cash and stock in July 2006; Extended Systems in its acquisition by Sybase for approximately $75 million in cash in October 2005; Nassda Corporation in its acquisition by Synopsys for approximately $194 million in cash in May 2005; Artisan Components in its acquisition by ARM Holdings plc for $913 million in cash and stock in December 2004; and Spectrian Corporation in its $160 million merger with REMEC in April 2002. Prior to Baker, Ms. Yeh served at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. She is admitted to practice in the Bar of California since 2000. Ms. Yeh can speak fluently in English and Mandarin. She received a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1998 and a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley in 1994.

Mr. Peter Tassiopoulos has been the President of Overland Storage Inc. since August 6, 2015. Mr. Tassiopoulos is responsible for the execution of Overland Storage 's business plan and providing strategic leadership and direction Mr. Tassiopoulos has been the President of Sphere 3D Corporation since December 1, 2014 and serves as its Vice Chairman. He holds a well-established career in business development, sales management and finance. Over the last 20 years Mr. Tassiopoulos has served as the founder or co-founder, director and/or as a senior executive of multiple companies covering a diverse array of industries. Mr. Tassiopoulos served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sphere 3D Corporation from March 4, 2013 to December 1, 2014. Over the last decade, he has assisted a number of Canadian private and public technology companies build out sales and marketing plans, operational plans and access capital markets. He has been Vice Chairman at Overland Storage Inc. since August 6, 2015. He has been a Director of Sphere 3D Corporation since March 7, 2014. He has been a speaker and served on various panels at the United Nations, including Age of Connectivity: Cities, Magnets of Hope???Imagining the Possible, Mobile Health Management and Digital Health.

Mr. Mario Biasini Founded Sphere 3D Corporation in 2009 and served as its President since October 2010. Mr. Biasini served as the Chief Executive Officer at Sphere 3D Corporation from October 2010 to March 2013. Mr. Biasini served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of T.B. Mining Ventures Inc. since December 24, 2012. Mr. Biasini served as a Director of Sphere 3D Corporation from September 20, 2009 to May 10, 2016. Mr. Biasini served as a Director of T.B. Mining Ventures Inc. since December 24, 2012.

Jenny Yeh serves as the Senior Vice President & General Counsel of Sphere 3D Inc. (Parent Company of Overland Storage and Tandberg Data). Jenny started at Sphere 3D Inc. (Parent Company of Overland Storage and Tandberg Data) in October of 2015. Jenny currently resides in San Francisco Bay Area.

Kurt Kalbfleisch serves as the Senior Vice President and CFO of Sphere 3D Inc. (Parent Company of Overland Storage and Tandberg Data). Kurt currently resides in the Greater San Diego Area.
