I like that my leadership team at Swift Transportation makes a constant effort to nake sure the drivers are driving safe and legally. Leadership team is very easy to work with.

Over all communication. They call to check in but it seems like they are just checking the box. Theres no real concern when they call.

Managing load drops with load pickup, also it would be nice if they didn't make drivers wait sometimes an hr before responding.

When a driver says there is a family emergency at home they should get the info and at least try to get them there to deal with it

Being kind to the drivers. Their lives are controlled by a clock, they are away from their families, lonely, and some are even struggling to make ends meet in the industry that feeds and powers the consumer economy. Take care of your drivers and your final numbers will improve. Be centered on them.
