¿Por qué te sientes infravalorado y qué te haría sentir mejor con respecto a tu compensación?

Before pandemic, salaries were compatible with market values. After this period, there was a general overvaluation in several sectors.I recently received 3job offers from competitors, offering almost double the salary for the same Senior position I currently hold, but the perks were not as good as at LHW

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ventas · Publicado hace 4 años

Cost of living is on the rise and we have had a few consecutive years of no pay raises which have contributed to being paid below market for many tenured employees.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Mercadotecnia · Publicado hace 4 años

Not at industry level compensation for my position. Doing the job of multiple open positions in my department (for years) and no additional compensation. Barely a "thank you."

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ventas · Publicado hace 4 años

incentives should be more personalized. Benefits need to be aligned at least per region

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ventas · Publicado hace 4 años

I know we have a lot of new hires that are being hired at higher salaries, and feel it puts the pay of some people who have been here a long time at a disadvantage.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Finanzas · Publicado hace 4 años

Long term incentive compensation is not existent. No stock options or related.

Marketplace evaluation of position among all industries - not just hospitality

Revisión Review del Departamento de Mercadotecnia · Publicado hace 4 años

No real evolution in the compensation after a few years and taking more responsibilities (short staffed team), resulting to being paid less than a junior person with less experience in the industry.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ventas · Publicado hace 4 años

No interest in developing people or retain loyal enployees

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ventas · Publicado hace 4 años

I feel that if I would do the same job in a company in a different industry that is not connected to hospitality, my base salary would be higher. However, I value the company culture, it's vision and my colleagues way too much to leave - money is not everything!

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ventas · Publicado hace 4 años

Covering manager tasks even though I don't have the title. Hopefully will get it next year.
