Mr. Robert Sandford Stewart serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Exploraciones San Bernardo S.A. de C.V, Mining Claims of Alamos. Mr. Stewart serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of numerous mining and petroleum companies. Mr. Stewart served as the Chief Executive Officer at Trimax Corporation. Mr. Stewart served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. (formerly Hawk Uranium Inc.) since September 2, 2009 until December 11, 2009. Mr. Stewart is an international mining executive with over forty years of experience in the mining and finance industries, in Canada, Europe and Africa. He started his career with Hudson's Bay Mining Minorca (South Africa) and Sherritt in the base and precious metal mines in Northern Manitoba. He serves as consulted Chairman and been a joint venture partner of several of the world's largest mining and engineering companies including Sherritt and Hudson's Bay Mining/Minorca, Falconbridge, Bechtel Civil and Minerals Inc., KruppThyssen, Electrowatt and CDC London. As Chairman of telecom, mining, biotech and natural gas companies, Mr. Stewart worked with the IFC/World Bank to finance some of the largest projects in Africa. His leadership in writing the Master Plan for the Reconstruction of the DRC remains a major milestone laying out the future of all mining and infrastructure developments for that country. Since 1976, Mr. Stewart has been the Chairman of several world-class mining companies including America Mineral Fields Corp. (TSX) and Interop A.G. (Swiss). He serves as a Director of ICS Copper Services LLC. He serves as the Chairman of Trimax Corporation and previously served as its Chairman from March 2009 to July 2009. He serves as a Director of Trimax Corporation and previously served as its Director from April 2009 to July 2009. He served as Director of Hawk Uranium Inc. since November 2009. He served as a Director of Nubian Resources Ltd., from August 11, 2008 to December 22, 2009. Mr. Stewart graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1968 with a BA as a Political Economist.
