Mr. Simon F. Nynens has been Executive Chairman of Wayside Technology Group, Inc. since June 14, 2006 and has been its President and Chief Executive Officer since January 9, 2006. Mr. Nynens served as an Executive Vice President of Wayside Technology Group, Inc. (Alternative name Programmers Paradise Inc.) from June 2004 to January 9, 2006, its Chief Financial Officer from January 2002 to January 9, 2006 and also served as its Chief Accounting Officer. He served as Vice President of Wayside Technology Group, Inc. from January 2001 to June 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Nynens served as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Wayside Technology Group, Inc.'s European operations from November 1999 to January 2001 and prior to that, he was European Controller and Corporate Controller. He worked as a Registered Accountant with Ernst & Young in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Mr. Nynens serves as the Chairman of the Board of the New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC), and is a Board member of the New Jersey Chapter of the Young President Organization. He has been an Executive Director of Wayside Technology Group, Inc. since January 9, 2006. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey as well as a Registered Accountant in the Netherlands and a member of the Royal Dutch Institute of Registered Accountants. Mr. Nynens is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Mr. Vito Legrottaglie has been the Chief Information Officer and Vice President at Wayside Technology Group, Inc. since February 2015. Mr. Legrottaglie served as Chief Technology Officer of Swell.com, Inc. Mr. Legrottaglie served as Vice President of Operations at Wayside Technology Group, Inc. (formerly Programmer's Paradise Inc.) from April 2007 to February 2015. He served as Vice President of Information Systems since 1996 to 2000. He was responsible for implementing the worldwide e-commerce strategy and architecture for Programmer's Paradise and was also responsible for information systems, fulfillment and product marketing. He served as Vice President of Operations for The Wine Enthusiast and as Director of Information Services for Barnes and Noble.

Mr. Kevin T. Scull has been the Chief Accounting Officer of Wayside Technology Group, Inc. since February 2015 and has been its Vice President since February 2014. Mr. Scull served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Wayside Technology Group, Inc. since February 28, 2014 until February 2015. He served as Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Wayside Technology Group, Inc. (formerly, Programmer's Paradise Inc.) since January 9, 2006 until August 2012 and served as its Principal Financial Officer. He served as Corporate Controller of Programmer's Paradise Inc. from January 2003 through January 2006. Prior to joining Programmer's Paradise Inc., Mr. Scull worked for Niksun Inc. as Accounting Manager since January 2001 and also he worked for Telcordia Inc. since December 2000 as Manager of Accounting Policies.

Michael Vesey serves as the CFO of Wayside Technology Group. Michael started at Wayside Technology Group in Oct of 2016. Michael currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.

Kevin Askew serves as the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing - TechXtend of Wayside Technology Group. Kevin currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
