The workers are a collection of imported labor and locals who are fearful of their jobs. Meetings or an opportunity for the manager to publicly humiliate employees for minor offenses and alienate them with their other workers. I've never seen anything like it before.

I was given a promotion but it took HR over six months to begin paying me what they agreed to pay me and then I noticed in the last year of my employment they would start gradually paying me less and less. The stock options were chintzy compared to the work that I did for them
