It's been incredibly exciting for me to join this fast-growing startup. I have grown significantly since my time starting. There are moments where Wonderschoolers are asked to stretch out of their comfort zone to do other tasks, like most startups, but the learning opportunities are amazing.

Intentionality. The behavioral questions I received focused on what I actually did and experience instead of hypotheticals and we were able to go in deep in our interviews. Wonderschool stands by their values and have woven them throughout the candidate experience.

The impact that we have on early childhood educators and children is unparalleled and it makes me happy to be at work. We are enabling both educators to have an income, and also address the shortage of childcare across markets, and we're expanding quickly.

Everyone at Wonderschool is driven by the mission and are working together to push the business forward. People are intentional in how they approach problems and they're kind. They're also not afraid to give constructive feedback and so you grow at Wonderschool much faster than anywhere else.

Wonderschoolers make an effort to be social outside of work. People are regularly inviting the whole company to outings informally and we value inclusivity. Parents are also able to balance their work and life quite well. We have a diversity of people and everyone is made to feel welcome here.

The level of transparency across the board is unlike anywhere else that I've worked at. We have a clear understanding of the product, business goals, and steps to get there. Moreover, they encourage people to engage in their interests that will best serve the business so people flex where they can.
