What did you like most about the interview process?
The simulation exercise -- it took prep time, but gave me a chance to test whether I'd actually like the verbs of the job (and gave me a chance to shine)

All of the interviewers were very transparent about the challenges I would face in my role, and now that I work here I can say that their assessment was very accurate as well. I also appreciated that the process moved very quickly.

The freedom to work on something that ins't on our roadmap, but I believe could make a difference.
At a smaller, earlier stage startup like ours, I feel like I have a seat at the table, that my voice is heard, and that there is tons of opportunity to learn and grow -- while also bonding with a mission-driven team!
