What did you like most about the interview process?

The simulation exercise -- it took prep time, but gave me a chance to test whether I'd actually like the verbs of the job (and gave me a chance to shine)

What makes you most happy at work?

At a smaller, earlier stage startup like ours, I feel like I have a seat at the table, that my voice is heard, and that there is tons of opportunity to learn and grow -- while also bonding with a mission-driven team!
