
Hard to tell, there are so many. I think one of the most important is you can take time off when you needed. (it helps when you feel burn out) and budget for you to learn. But again there are soo many good perk it is amazing

Zappi's market-based pay limits global mobility if you live in certain locations. Post-Covid there are a lot of higher comp opportunities around. Using Radford benchmarks differs from market rate for each person.

The impending cost of living crisis in the UK - nothing has been communicated about the plan to tackle this. Usually we don't give pay rises to match inflation, but this isn't a 'usual' year.
