When you're a Younique Presenter (sales person), you hear nothing but light and fluff about how everyone is capable of making their living from selling makeup. Your upline only love you when you make sales and they earn money off of you. Customers are treated like cash cows.

There is no real interviewing process as a presenter. You buy the kit and try to make money.

Most of the people on my team were lovely. It is unfortunate that we were given a "bill of sale".

Gender equity, realism, take care of the back-of-house employees who literally make it possible for everyone in the company to make money. Focus on the people and not the money.

Sales is always risky regardless of the company. The issue I ran into was, every upline presenter I encountered pushed how easy it was to make money with Younique. I worked hours upon hours building connections with potential customers and had nothing to show for all of my hard work.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
The CEO's are a sibling duo. They are very family oriented with the company. By outside appearances, everything is beautiful rainbows and unicorns. I can't say anything bad because I didn't witness anything bad. What I will say is that there was bot an ounce of realism in sight.
