Easy and reliable setup and service

What can this brand most improve?

When my wife and I tried to order a system online, the website said it couldn't process the order. When we tried again, we decieded to order a different package (Haven -Knox). Then six days later we were notified that both systems had been shipped. We had not recieved confirmation beforehand.

What do you value most about this brand?

I have had substantial experience with alarm parts, installations and service over many years. I represented the largest security products wholesaler in NE Ohio for many years. I personally enjoy electronics. The Simplisafe systems, in my opinion, are better than excellent. T
