We currently have offices located in Seattle, New York, and Naples and will soon be opening our office in Kansas City. How employees describe working at A Place for Mom

VP management and above are not in touch with the actual work and challenges facing "low level" employees. Managers do not have autonomy to make changes that directly affect their teams. Everything is managed from a data standpoint in a vacuum and do not take into account real issues.

Working for APFM is incredibly rewarding. I enjoy working with my teammates and my customers. My managers have been available and supportive and I'm well compensated for what I do.

I love what I do!

My experience since joining 1 year ago has been great. There is a mission and a lot of important things to work on.
