Mr. Michael W. Clarke, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Access National Corporation since April 18, 2002. Mr. Clarke has been the Chief Executive Officer of Access National Bank since 1999 and served as its President until June 23, 2016. He has over 25 years of experience in banking industry. He served as Executive Vice President of Patriot National Bank, a subsidiary of UB Holding Company, Inc. (also called as First Patriot Bankshares Corp.) since April, 1990 and served as its Senior Loan Officer. Mr. Clarke served as Chief Credit Officer of Patriot National Bank/United Bank, Vienna, Virginia from 1990 to 1997. He served as Vice President of Commercial Lending at Crestar Bank in Alexandria, Virginia, from 1985 to 1989, where he was responsible for the development and maintenance of middle market lending relationships in western Fairfax, Loundon and Prince William Counties. Mr. Clarke served as the Chairman of Access National Corp. from February 2009 to January 26, 2011. Mr. Robert C. Shoemaker, also known as Bob, serves as Executive Vice President of Access National Corporation and Access National Bank since April 18, 2002. Mr. Shoemaker has been Chief Banking Officer of Access National Bank since June 2, 2016. He served as the Chief Lending Officer of Access National Corporation and Access National Bank since 2013 to March 25, 2017. He served as Chief Credit Officer and Chief Lending Officer of Access National Bank since 1999. Mr. Shoemaker served as Chief Credit Officer of Access National Corp. and has been its Executive Vice President since April 18, 2002. Mr. Shoemaker served as Senior Loan Officer of Access National Corp. and Access National Bank. He served as Secretary of Access National Corp. since April 18, 2002 and Secretary of Access National Bank since 1999. Prior to joining Access National Bank, Mr. Shoemaker served as Senior Vice President of Construction and Real Estate Lending for Patriot National Bank/United Bank, Vienna, Virginia from 1990 to 1999. He served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Lending of UB Holding Company, Inc. since December 19, 1996. He has over 22 years of experience in the banking industry. He has been a Director of Access National Corp. since April 18, 2002 and Access National Bank since 1999. His civic and community activities include the Vienna Rotary Club (Treasurer), the Vienna Chamber of Commerce, Northern Virginia Technology Council and the Herndon Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Shoemaker holds a BA from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, in 1983.

Mr. Dean F. Hackemer has been the President of Access National Mortgage Division - Access National Bank at Access National Corporation since September 2004 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 2005 to 2011. Mr. Hackemer served as Senior Vice President of Access National Bank of Access National Corp. since May 2005. Mr. Hackemer, a financial and mortgage banking professional with over 24 years of experience, has been with Access National Corp. since 1992 and served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2002 to 2004 and as Loan Officer, Vice President and Senior Vice President of Mortgage Investment Corporation from 1992 to 2002. He began his career at Household Finance. Mr. Hackemer has been a Director of Access National Mortgage Corporation since 1996. He has over 20 years of banking and mortgage banking experience. He served on the Board of the Vienna Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America National Council. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.

Ms. Margaret M. Taylor, also known as Meg, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Access National Corporation and its subsidiary Access National Bank since June 30, 2012 and has been its Executive Vice President since December 11, 2015. Ms. Taylor served as Senior Vice President at Access National Corporation and its subsidiary Access National Bank from June 2012 to December 11, 2015. She served as Senior Vice President of Accounting and Finance since April 9, 2012 and Access National Bank since April 2012. Ms. Taylor received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kennesaw State University and was awarded the Georgia Society of CPA's Academic Excellence Award after graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Mr. Steven A. Reeder, also known as Steve, serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Deposit Officer at Access National Corporation. Mr. Reeder serves as Executive Vice President & Chief Deposit Officer of Access National Bank. He has over 20 years of retail experience in the banking industry. He served as Chief Deposit Officer and Executive Vice President of EagleBank, Inc. from February 27, 2014 to July 2015. Prior to joining EagleBank, he served as Chief Deposit Officer of Virginia Commerce Bank, Inc. and served as its Executive Vice President of Retail Banking since June 2005. He served as Executive Vice President of Retail Banking at Virginia Commerce Bancorp Inc. since June 2005 and served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Deposit Officer. Mr. Reeder served as Senior Vice President from October 2003 to June 2005 and Retail Banking Manager for BB&T's branch network in Loudoun, Prince William, Stafford and Spotsylvania counties. He served as Senior Vice President of First Virginia Bank from March 1990 to October 2003 prior to its merger with BB&T, managing their 90-branch retail network in Northern Virginia. Mr. Reeder holds B.A. Degree in Economics and History from University of Virginia from 1984 to 1988.

Mr. Jeffrey H. Culver has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Access National Bank since March 15, 2017. Mr. Culver has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Access National Corporation since April 01, 2017. Mr. Culver served as the Chief Operating Officer of Middleburg Financial Corporation since December 31, 2008 until March 15, 2017 and served as its Senior Executive Vice President since 2013 until April 01, 2017. Mr. Culver served as Executive Vice President of Middleburg Financial Corporation since December 31, 2008 until 2012. Mr. Culver served as Corporate Secretary at Middleburg from November 2008 to April 1, 2017. Mr. Culver served as Senior Executive Vice President of Middleburg Bank from 2013 to April 1, 2017. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Middleburg Bank from 2008 to March 15, 2017. He joined Middleburg Bank in 2002. He served as Senior Vice President of Credit Administration & Strategic Planning of Middleburg Financial Corporation from May 2007 to December 2008 and its Senior Vice President of Credit Administration from 2003 to 2007. In August of 2008, he was given additional management responsibility for the Operations and IT departments.
