Dr. William T. Andrews, also known as Will, M.D., FACP, has been Chief Medical Officer of Acer Therapeutics Inc. since October 5, 2017. Dr. Andrews served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Aegerion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. until February 3, 2016. Dr. Andrews worked in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry for 17 years in both Clinical Development and Medical Affairs in multiple therapeutic areas, with a focus and extensive experience in rare diseases. He has significant medical marketplace and product launch experience, having served as the medical lead for six product launches, including Xopenex HFA??, Brovana??, Alvesco??, Omnaris??, Catena??, and Juxtapid??. He provided strategic consulting services to rare disease companies in Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Go-To-Market/Launch planning and Business Development/Corporate Strategy. He held senior leadership positions and positions of increasing responsibility at Aegerion Pharmaceuticals, Santhera Pharmaceuticals, Sepracor and ClinQuest. He is an Attending Physician at Brigham and Women's Hospital. He was on the Clinical Faculty at Harvard Medical School. He practiced medicine for 7 years full-time and 11 years part-time in the Boston area as a board-certified Internist. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Harvard University and his M.D. degree from Yale University School of Medicine.

Mr. Harry S. Palmin serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Acer Therapeutics Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President from December 2013 to February 2016 and served as its Acting Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Palmin served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Novelos Therapeutics, Inc. (formerly Common Horizons Inc.) from January 2005 to October 4, 2013 and from 1998 to October 4, 2013 respectively. Mr. Palmin served as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Novelos Therapeutics from 1998 to 2005 and served as its Chief Financial Officer. He served as Vice President, Lehman Brothers, Inc. from 1996 to 1998 where he had been responsible for sales and risk management in Private Client Services. He was an Associate at Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc. from 1993 to 1996. He served as a Director of Acer Therapeutics Inc. Mr. Palmin has been a Director of Novelos Therapeutics, Inc. since 1998. Mr. Palmin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business and a Master of Arts degree in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University. He has studied at the London School of Economics and the Copenhagen Business School.

Mr. Jefferson Davis, also known as Jeff, has been Acting Chief Business Officer at Acer Therapeutics Inc. since December 2013. Mr. Davis served as Head of Corporate Development at Acer Therapeutics Inc. Mr. Davis served as a Vice President at Extera Partners. Mr. Davis has 25+ years of business and corporate development expertise. He has led and supported over 30 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1B across all major therapeutic platforms. He served for Genzyme, Archemix, ImmunoGen, GenVec and Eli Lilly.

Harry Palmin serves as the COO & CFO for Acer Therapeutics Inc.. Harry started at Acer Therapeutics Inc. in September of 2018. Harry is based in the Greater Boston Area.
