Mr. Hong Shi Tung, also known as Joseph, has been Chief Financial Officer of ASE Inc. (alternate name Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc. since December 1994. Mr. Tung has been Vice President of Hung Ching Development & Construction Co. Ltd., an affiliate of ASE, Inc., since December 1994. He had been a Supervisor of Universal Scientific Industrial Co. Ltd. since June 1999. He served as Chief Financial Officer of ASE Test Limited from 1996 to 1998. Prior to joining Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc., he served as Vice President of corporate banking at Citibank, N.A., in Taipei. Mr. Tung serves as a Director at A.S.E Holding Limited. He has been a Director of Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc. since April 1997. He serves as a Director of J&R Holding Ltd. He has been an Independent Director of Ta Chong Bank Ltd, since October 31, 2007. He served as a Director of Taiwan Broadband Communications Co., Ltd. and Asian Pay Television Trust since 1999. Mr. Tung holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a BA in Economics from National Cheng-Chi University in Taiwan.

Mr. Kwai Mun Lee has been the President of ASE Test Malaysia at ASE Test Limited since March 2006. Mr. Lee serves as President of ASE Singapore Pte Ltd. and ASE Electronics (M) SDN BHD. Mr. Lee serves as the President of Southeast Asia Operations at Advanced Semiconductor Engineering, Inc. since March 2006. He has responsibility for the operations of Penang, Malaysia and Singapore manufacturing facilities. He served as General Manager of ASE Singapore Pte. Ltd., (formerly ISE Labs Singapore), since May 1998. He held senior management positions at Chartered Semiconductor and STATSChipPAC. He started his career as an engineer at Intel. Mr. Lee holds a degree in Engineering from the Swinburne Institute of Technology in Australia. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Chung Kung University in Taiwan.

Mr. Hung-Pen Chang, also known as Richard, has been President of ASE Inc. (alternate name Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc.) since February 2003. Mr. Chang served as the Chief Executive Officer of Universal Scientific Industrial Co. Ltd. (USI Inc.). He served as the Chief Executive Officer of ASE Inc. from July 2000 to April 2003. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of ASE Test Ltd., a subsidiary of Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc. since February 2003. He served as the Chairman of ASE Test Ltd. from 2001 to April 2004 and served as its Vice Chairman from 1996 to 2001. Mr. Chang served as the Chairman of Universal Scientific Industrial Co. Ltd. (USI Inc.) since June 2008. He served as Chairman of ASE Module (Kunshan) Inc. He served as the Chairman of Universal Scientific Industrial Co. Ltd. from June 1999 to October 2, 2006. He has been Vice Chairman of Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc., a holding of ASE Test Limited since November 1999. He served as Vice Chairman and Director of ASE Inc of ASE Test Ltd. He has been a Director of Universal Scientific Industrial Co. Ltd., since June 1999. He has been a Director of Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc. (ASE Inc.) since 1984. He serves as a Director of A.S.E Holding Limited. Mr. Chang holds Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University of Taiwan.
