Mr. Charles R. Gordon, also known as Chuck, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Aegion Corporation since October 06, 2014 and served as its Interim Chief Executive Officer from May 05, 2014 to October 06, 2014. Mr. Gordon served as the Chief Executive Officer of Natural Systems Utilities, LLC since February 2014. He served as an Executive Vice President and President of The Fluids Management Division at Nuverra Environmental Solutions, Inc. since November 1, 2012. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Nuverra Environmental Solutions, Inc. (formerly, Heckmann Corporation) since October 1, 2010. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Water Technologies, a business unit of Siemens AG (Siemens) from February 1, 2008 to 2010. He has more than 25 years of management experience in the water and wastewater industries. Mr. Gordon served as an Executive Vice President of the Siemens Water & Wastewater Systems Group from 2005 to 2008 and as Executive Vice President of the Siemens Water & Wastewater Services and Products Group from 2003 to 2005. His past experience also includes various management positions with USFilter Corporation and Arrowhead Industrial Water, prior to the acquisition of o Filter Corporation by the Siemens family of companies in 2004. He has been a Director at Aegion Corporation (formerly Insituform Technologies Inc) since July 2009 and Insituform Technologies Limited since 2009. He served as a Director of Natural Systems Utilities, LLC since February 2014. He serves on the boards of directors of the Siemens Foundation and The Regional Learning Center based in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. Mr. Gordon holds undergraduate degree from the University of South Dakota and MBA from the Babcock School of Wake Forest University.

Mr. David F. Morris has been Interim Chief Financial Officer of Aegion Corporation since November 18, 2017 and its General Counsel and Secretary since January 10, 2005. Mr. Morris has been an Executive Vice President of Aegion Corporation since October 2014. He served as Chief Administrative Officer of Aegion Corporation since August 2007 until November 28, 2017. He served as Senior Vice President of Aegion Corporation since April 2007. He was a Partner of Thompson Coburn Fagel Haber. He served as an Associate in the law firm of Thompson Coburn LLP, St. Louis, Missouri from March, 1993 to January 2005. He served as Vice President of Aegion Corporation from January 10, 2005 to April 2007. Mr. Morris served as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Unified Financial Services Inc., from December 1999 to March 31, 2004.

Mr. David A. Martin has been Special Advisor of Aegion Corporation since November 18, 2017. Mr. Martin served as the Chief Financial Officer at Aegion Corporation since August 2007 until November 18, 2017 and served as its Executive Vice President since October 2014 until November 18, 2017. Mr. Martin served as Senior Vice President at Aegion Corporation since April 2009 until October 2014. He served as Vice President of Insituform Technologies Inc., since January 2006. He served as Controller of Insituform Technologies Inc., since January 2006. Mr. Martin served as Principal Financial Officer of Insituform Technologies Inc. until August 2007 and served as its Head of Financial team. He has worked in both the international and domestic sides of Insituform''s business after joining Insituform in 1993. He joined Insituform in 1993 from BDO Seidman, LLP, where he was a Senior Accountant. He studied Bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee, Ashland City. Mr. Martin is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Brian Groody has been the President of Corrosion Protection platform at Aegion Corporation since January 29, 2018. Mr. Groody has joined Aegion and have full P&L responsibility for the Corrosion Protection platform, which generated over $400 million in revenues in 2017. Mr. Groody served as Executive Vice President of Operations at Strike, LLC, a large midstream engineering and construction firm, where he was responsible for leadership of their pipeline equipment business. Prior to Strike, Mr. Groody served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Spitzer Industries, Inc. Mr. Groody's career began with Schlumberger Oilfield Services where he held a variety of leadership roles in the United States, Africa, Europe, Latin America, Russia and Central Asia over a 17-year period, culminating with responsibility for operations in the Offshore Russia and Central Asia areas.

Mr. Rick St. Laurent has been the President of Energy Services at Aegion Corporation since May 2, 2017. Mr. St. Laurent has more than 25 years of experience leading small and large organizations in the petroleum refining industry. As Senior Vice President of Operations, he oversees engineering, construction, maintenance and turnarounds for refining, terminals and pipelines programs as well as the upstream oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Brinderson, he served as a Director for Valero Energy Corporation, where he worked for 15 years and served as corporate liaison in the development of Valero's Turnaround Excellence Process. Prior to Valero, he held operational leadership positions with UMA Engineers & Constructors, Inc., Ultramar Diamond Shamrock Refining Co., and Ultramar Refining Co. Mr. St. Laurent holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Construction Engineering Management from California State University-Long Beach and holds a State of California General Contracting License (General Engineering).

Mr. Robby Speights has been Senior Vice President of Global Business Development for Corrosion Control Platform at Aegion Corporation since March 2015. Mr. Speights is responsible for the marketing and sales strategy of the platform, which includes several Aegion subsidiaries including Corrpro and CCSI, which are based in Houston.

Mr. Michael D. White has been Chief Accounting Officer of Aegion Corporation since 2017. Mr. White has been the Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of Aegion Corporation since October 2014 and October 2013 respectively. Mr. White joined Aegion in October 2013 as Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to joining Aegion, he served in various financial leadership positions in the oil & gas and technology industries, including Chief Accounting Officer for both SunGard Energy and Wood Group Production Services. Prior to 2001, he was a manager with Ernst & Young, LLP. Mr. White holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston and is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Ralph E. Western has been Vice President of Global Manufacturing at Aegion Corporation since August 2011 and also serves as President of its Bayou Coatings operations. Mr. Western joined Aegion in June 2007 as General Manager of Wet Out Manufacturing. He served as Vice President and General Manager of Manufacturing at Aegion since 2010, with a focus on platform integration.

Mr. Frank R. Firsching has been the President of Infrastructure Solutions at Aegion Corporation since April 20, 2016. Mr. Firsching served as Executive Vice President of Sales at Underground Solutions, Inc. He had been with Underground Solutions, Inc. since 2006. As General Manager, he led sales, marketing, operations, engineering and technology development. Mr. Firsching has almost 30 years of experience in leadership positions in industrial, manufacturing and water and wastewater companies, including 14 years at USFilter Corporation. As President, Water & Wastewater Systems Group for USFilter from 2001 to 2006, Mr. Firsching was responsible for the profit & loss of the $ 1 billion business group. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with Masters of Business Administration.
